At ReelCoolBuddy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, our team is here to assist you as quickly as possible.

1. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged.
  • You received an incorrect item due to a production or shipping error.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@reelcoolbuddy.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Photos
    Please include clear photos of the product and its packaging (if applicable).
  3. Request Review
    Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  4. Replacement
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
  • After this period, the order enters processing and can no longer be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order

  1. Submit Your Request
    Email support@reelcoolbuddy.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  2. Confirmation
    Our support team will confirm whether your cancellation request was successful.

Important Notes

  • Due to our fast order processing system, cancellation requests must be submitted within the allowed timeframe.
  • If you place a new order to replace a previous one, we may assist with canceling the original order and issuing a full refund, provided it has not entered production or shipping.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
