1. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item due to a production or shipping error

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange

 with your order number and a description of the issue
Provide Evidence:
Include clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Review Process:
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions
Replacement:
Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order
After this time, the order will enter processing and cannot be canceled
How to Cancel an Order

Confirmation:
Our team will confirm whether your cancellation was successful
Important Notes
Due to our fast processing system, requests must be submitted within the allowed timeframe
If a new order is placed to replace a previous one, we may assist in canceling the original order and issuing a full refund, if eligible
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
